Abstract

Malacoplakia is an unusual inflammatory condition with distinctive histologic features. Involvement of the lung is quite uncommon and is rarely described in paediatrics. We report on a case of pulmonary malacoplakia in a teenage girl. (C) 2003 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
