Abstract

Time difference amplifier was discussed. The time amplifier circuit is used to increase the size of the time difference by a reliable amount before the measurement. Results showed that if a measurement accuracy of 30 ps is obtained a factor of 5 time amplification would result an improvement in accuracy by 30/5+5 = 11 ps.
