Data Access Statement: The data used in this study are primarily publicly available. The building and road datasets are sourced from the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team and METEOR Project. The digital elevation model (DEM) used for topographic analysis is based on the Advanced Land Observing Satellite World 3D DEM (AW3D). All other datasets and analysis outputs generated as part of this study are available upon request or through public repositories. Code availability The code used in this study is publicly available at GitHub and archived with Zenodo under https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.14650782 (CompulsoryCoffee, 2025). The repository includes detailed documentation and scripts used in the paper.
