Data Access Statement: This project made extensive use of secondary data sources and collected new empirical qualitative data, but it is unlikely to be made available in its entirety in the future due to particular conditions that were agreed with local fieldwork sites and LT. Additionally, all available qualitative data arising from interviews and observations in the CiC study are being retained for the exclusive use of the CiC team until the publication of major outputs and potentially until after a fourth phase of the research.
