Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to propose an integrated framework of team coaching practice that is of value to coaches. The framework adopts metaphorical perspectives, with each metaphor offering a mode of awareness that incorporates theoretical underpinning. The framework offers an accessible view of a complex coaching context.
