Open Access padlockePrints

The Newcastle University research output collection, currently available on ePrints, will shortly be moving to a new open repository platform, Figshare. To prepare for the data migration we have paused adding new content to ePrints, and will resume once the new repository is launched. During this time you will continue to have access to ePrints (but no new content will appear). We will share updates here when available.

Abstract

Copyright © 2019 Adams et al.A complete coding sequence of the type strain of Andean potato mottle virus from Peru (isolate Lm) was obtained. Comparison of its RNA1 and RNA2 sequences with variants of this virus isolated in Brazil revealed RNA1 and RNA2 nucleotide identities of 81 to 83% and 70 to 71%, respectively.
