Abstract

This paper using a questionnaire survey methodology aims to gain a better understanding of the relationship between freight activity and private purchasing. The questionnaire will be distributed using the human resources staff mailing. The design of questionnaire will include buying behaviour (e.g. frequency, time, type of product, value of goods), coherent campus strategy, environmental issues and socio-demographic characteristics. A multivariate statistical analysis will then be used to explain the correlation between those variables.
