Notes: The defence counsel commissioned a report from a leading academic in Middle East studies in response to my reports on Hamas and my suicide bomber profiles. The prosecution barristers asked for a rebuttal of this defence report at 24 hours notice, which I supplied. Later, counsel for the defence asked me to prepare a report on the on-line Arabic language Hamas website. But, as the presiding trial judge stopped the trial after the prosecution case, this report was never compiled.
